Through early prison release and refusal to prosecute criminals, California is doing its best to ensure more violent crime in the state. No only does California have much more violent crime than the national average, over the past three years the rate of violent crime in California has increased. Attached is the most current crime report which only reports up to 2022; we are positive 2023 will also show an increase in violent crime in California.
