On January 6, 2026 at about 1800 hours, Inmate Oscar Espinoza (BR8932) was observed climbing the Facility B pedestrian gate in an apparent escape attempt. Responding staff utilized pepper spray to get Espinoza off the fence after he reached the razor wire near the top of the fence.
There were no reported injuries to staff or inmates.
